Once I place my order on the Website, when should I expect to receive my order?
Fouta Lifestyle is dedicated to sending your foutas in a timely fashion.  Foutas will be sent the Wednesday and Saturday afternoon upon receipt of your order.  If you order Saturday afternoon-Wednesday morning, the foutas will be sent that Wednesday.  If you order Wednesday afternoon-Saturday morning, the foutas will be sent that Saturday.  The date of shipping will be included in your confirmation e-mail.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, Fouta Lifestyle is limited to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and a few select regions in Europe. If your country is not available, please contact us for special arrangements.

Do you gift wrap?
No, while we believe foutas are a unique and stylish gift, our customers have been known to love their foutas so much, they want to keep them for themselves.

How do I care for my fouta?
Machine washable cold, tumble dry low. And the best thing is that the more you use and the more you wash, the softer they get. You’ll love them even more!

What is my carbon footprint?
Foutas and tags are made in Tunisia which results in completely local production and one single shipment. All packaging is made from 100% recycled materials. This leads to low carbon emission in bringing foutas to you.

Once a product style is sold out, will it ever be available again?
Yes. If a product you are looking for is sold out or not available in a desired color, join our mailing list for updates on restocks of items and new styles that become available.

Do you have a catalog of your merchandise?
Doing our part to reduce paper consumption, Fouta Lifestyle has never produced a catalog. To save the environment and save you money, we also ship your orders in recycled boxes whenever possible.

Do you guarantee your products? What is your return policy?
We always stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to us within 30 days of our original ship date for a full refund of your purchase price; sorry but shipping fees cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with their packaging intact. Refunds will be credited to the customer account within 30 days of the warehouse receiving the returned items.
